app will not keep my alerting distance after i set it and it keeps crashing.4glte, Android 10 platform.
Just recently this app is about 7 minutes behind NWS with notifications. Used to post them in a more timely manner.

Had sirens go off in my area but the phone never makes a sound. I'd rather pay for and app to make sure we are safe. Very disappointed in Red Cross
